Publisher of Intellection: Barak Education Society, Silchar, Assam, a premier voluntary organization in Barak Valley of South Assam, working for the promotion of quality education and research. The Central Executive Committee of the society has been publishing this peer reviewed interdisciplinary research journal named Intellection since January 2013. The journal has been duly registered with ISSN: 2319-8192 since its inception. It was included in the UGC approved list of journals up to 13.06.2019 (Journal No. 47559). Application as per prescribed guidelines of UGC for inclusion of the journal in the CARE List of journals has been submitted.

Publication Status: ISSN is issued for Print version only. However, all the issues have been published in our website www.besngo.org. Moreover, the application for registration for online ISSN for the journal is under process.

Journal Language: English. However, in every issue maximum two research papers in Bengali on Bengali Language or Literature may be considered for publication if accepted after proper review.

Frequency of publication: Bi-annual (half yearly), January-June and July-December every year.
